This training workshop will provide an introduction to general statistical considerations in clinical trials, and address statistical aspects of exploratory and confirmatory clinical trials.

The sessions will be presented by experts of the CHMP Biostatistics Working Party (BSWP) and representatives of the European Federation of Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry (EFSPI).
